  • Breast Lift (“mastopexy”): Due to loss of elasticity, breasts can begin to sag. Breast lift surgery is a procedure performed to raise and/or reshape breasts. This procedure can also reduce the size of the areola, the skin around the nipple.
  • Breast Augmentation (“augmentation mammoplasty”): Saline or silicone gel breast implants can be used to change the size and shape of a woman’s breasts. Depending on the patient’s goals and condition, breast augmentation can be paired up with breast lift surgery.   • Breast reduction (“reduction mammaplasty”): This procedure is performed to decrease breast size. Breast reduction is performed to help alleviate pain caused by oversized breasts; in most cases, this procedure is not viewed as cosmetic.
